I’m responsible for Operations at Make Happen, supporting the smooth running of our programmes and the systems that help our team and students thrive. I’ve been working here since 2017 and have held a range of roles- from Student Year Manager to Admissions and Recruitment. Before that, I worked in secondary education. I love bringing organisation and planning to the team and helping create the structures that allow both staff and students to flourish.
