Eve Pyra

I’m the Communities & Engagement Lead at Make Happen Institute. My role is to help members connect and engage with the community, and take meaningful action towards their creative dreams. I've spent a few years freelancing as an illustrator and yoga teacher, so I have a lot of empathy for the challenges and uncertainties that can come with leading a creative life. That experience helps me support our students in a way that is both practical and understanding. I’m also a bit of an inspiration junkie, so one of my favourite parts of the role is seeing the community come alive - members supporting one another, sharing resources and opportunities, and learning from the amazing creative guests we welcome into the space!
