What is a Huddle?

Short focused daily sessions.

A Huddle is a short, focused 30-minute session that helps you commit to one clear and impactful action for the day.

This action is called "The One Thing" — the most important thing you will do today to move your endeavour forward.

When Huddles Happen

Huddles take place Monday to Thursday each week, at:

  • 8:00am - 8:30am

    and

  • 9:30am - 10:00am

As part of the programme, you are expected to attend two Huddles per week (or one Huddle per week if you are on the part time course).

Who You’ll Meet

Huddles are led by a Make Happen Action Lead.

You will also be joined by other Make Happen students from different cohorts. It’s a great space to connect and feel part of a wider community.

Why It Matters

Huddles help you:

  • Get focused early in the day

  • Make steady progress, one action at a time

  • Build momentum in your practice
