We’ll ask you to share your allergy requirements as early as possible (including severity and any cross-contamination risks). We’ll then work with the venue/catering team to put reasonable adjustments in place so you can take part safely — for example, ingredient checks, clear labelling, and (where needed) separate preparation/serving arrangements agreed with you in advance.
If, after an individual safety/risk assessment, we can’t safely meet a specific requirement at the Sweden venue, we’ll discuss the options with you and agree the best alternative — which could include joining at another location or online. We won’t make changes without talking it through with you first.
