3 ways to get more help:
Ask our AI. Use the pink icon floating on the bottow right of the screen to open the messenger window. Here you can ask our resident AI helper to root out an answer to your question. It has ascees to al our articles and other important information so give it a go. It's always available.
Ask our Staff Team. Via the messenger window, if you've stumped the AI or just prefer to message the staff team, you can do this too. Staff team responses usually won't be instant (think 24 hours) and will always be within office hours. Messages to Staff are triaged to best point of contact to resolve your query.
Email staff. You don't have to use the messenger window. You can always send a message via [email protected] at any time. And the as we'l triage it to best person.
